1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phdwin," "we," "us," "our," "the Platform" refers to phdwin and its affiliated entities operating the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phdwin.net.
• "Player," "User," "You," "Account Holder" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on phdwin or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on phdwin, through which the Player accesses phdwin services.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, promotions, and tools made available through phdwin, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and slot games.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a phdwin promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using a recognised payment method, exclusive of Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process required of all Account Holders prior to their first withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, statutes, regulations, rules, orders, and directives of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming and the use of phdwin services.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

phdwin services are strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phdwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

phdwin services are offered to residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of phdwin is lawful in your jurisdiction. Persons accessing phdwin from restricted territories do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any services, winnings, or refunds.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a phdwin account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of the Philippines and not accessing from a restricted territory;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid email address;
• Not be subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order from phdwin or any other gaming operator;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a phdwin employee in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest;
• Accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one active phdwin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phdwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phdwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information held on your phdwin account is accurate and up to date at all times. You are required to notify phdwin promptly of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your address, email address, or payment method details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension pending verification.

3.3 Account Currency

phdwin accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, game stakes, and winnings are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified in the relevant game rules or promotional terms.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phdwin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts or to close inactive accounts after giving reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with Applicable Laws and PAGCOR requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. phdwin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are typically credited to your phdwin account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

phdwin processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and all applicable wagering requirements being satisfied. phdwin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Player Fund Protection

Player funds held in phdwin accounts are maintained separately from phdwin's operational funds. This segregation is designed to protect player deposits in the ordinary course of phdwin operations. In the event of any dispute regarding fund balances, phdwin's transaction records shall serve as the primary reference, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

phdwin is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. phdwin reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report transactions that are suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation conducted by phdwin or the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and reward credits offered by phdwin are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible game restrictions. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times their value before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phdwin monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour that are indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses with no intention to engage in genuine gameplay; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with different operators; withdrawing bonus funds without completing the required wagering; and any other conduct designed to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, phdwin reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

5.4 Bonus Validity

Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire after the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default validity period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from accounts and cannot be reinstated.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fairness & RNG

All phdwin casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers using physical equipment. Game outcomes are not influenced by phdwin or any third party, and all games are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phdwin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake. No compensation will be paid for losses alleged to result from technical issues on the player's side, including device failures, internet connectivity interruptions, or browser compatibility issues.

6.3 Sportsbook Specific Rules

Sports betting is subject to phdwin's Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Key provisions include: bets placed after the relevant event has concluded are void; phdwin reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to betting markets at any time; and the phdwin Sportsbook Rules govern the settlement of all bets in the event of disputes.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

phdwin may apply maximum winning caps to individual games, game categories, or promotions. Where a maximum winning limit applies, it will be clearly stated in the relevant game rules or promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the applicable cap are not payable and will be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phdwin. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time during account use;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phdwin games or the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in phdwin's systems;
• Using phdwin for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Accessing phdwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent phdwin's security or verification systems;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phdwin staff or other players.

8 KYC & Verification

8.1 Verification Requirements

phdwin is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity, age, and address of all Account Holders before processing withdrawals. KYC verification typically requires submission of: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's licence, or voter's ID); and a proof of address document dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., a bank statement or utility bill).

8.2 Verification Timeline

phdwin aims to complete KYC verification within two (2) business days of receiving a complete set of acceptable documents. Where additional documentation is required, phdwin will notify you via your registered email address. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

8.3 Ongoing Monitoring

phdwin reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time during the course of an account's lifetime, including in connection with large transactions, suspicious activity, or changes to personal information. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Our Commitment

9.2 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phdwin Account Holders via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of your session duration at intervals of your choosing.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your account for a defined period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Where a player requests self-exclusion, phdwin will close the account to new deposits and gameplay for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and the relevant balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Exclusion of Warranties

phdwin services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, phdwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of its services. phdwin does not warrant that its platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, phdwin's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of phdwin services shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in the player's account at the time the claim arises. phdwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.3 Force Majeure

phdwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond phdwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications outages, government actions, or civil unrest.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phdwin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of phdwin or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phdwin content for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phdwin content without express written authorisation from phdwin.

12 Privacy & Data

phdwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which phdwin collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information is described in detail in phdwin's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering a phdwin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your phdwin account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, phdwin will process a withdrawal of your available Real Money Balance within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding disputes or investigations being in progress. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Termination by phdwin

phdwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the player has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct; account closure is required to comply with a regulatory direction or legal obligation; or phdwin determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing the account relationship is not appropriate. In the event of account closure by phdwin for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned where required by Applicable Laws.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phdwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phdwin will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the phdwin platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of phdwin services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phdwin services and close your account before the amendments take effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and phdwin, you agree to first contact phdwin's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phdwin will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within five (5) business days. If informal resolution is not achievable, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and your use of phdwin services.

15.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you are not satisfied with phdwin's handling of a complaint, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable complaints and disputes procedures.
